As a Senior Associate at Sumer Law, I combine legal expertise with financial acumen to help businesses navigate corporate structuring, M&A transactions, fundraising, and commercial agreements with confidence. With a background as both a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer and a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ), I bring a well-rounded, strategic approach to advising businesses on their growth and investment plans.

Before joining Sumer Law, I worked at a top 10 New Zealand law firm and in the transaction team at Deloitte, gaining valuable experience in equity documentation, deal structuring, and commercial advisory. My goal is always to provide practical, commercially focused legal solutions that help businesses scale, secure investment, and stay compliant.

Beyond the legal world, I’m a passionate food reviewer who considers dining out a true hobby! I also love traveling (having visited 47 countries so far), music, hiking, playing netball, and, of course, getting lost in a great book.
