Kieran Wallace

As a Solicitor in the Corporate team at Sumer Law, I support businesses on corporate transactions and commercial matters. I recently qualified following my training contract at Morton Fraser MacRoberts, where I gained experience across Corporate, Banking and Commercial Real Estate, working on transactions ranging from mid-market deals to cross-border matters. Before this, I spent three years as a Paralegal at Addleshaw Goddard.

Before pursuing a career in law, I spent over ten years working in hospitality, including several years in management. This experience gave me first-hand insight into the commercial realities of running a business, from day-to-day operations and people management to the challenges business owners face. I bring this understanding to my legal work, helping me appreciate clients’ practical needs and commercial priorities.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, trying to learn new languages and catching up with friends over dinner or a drink.
