Aimed at smaller companies, or those post-completion for 1–2 years.

- Templates for minutes, resolutions, annual plans, etc.
- Monthly “EOT Legal Update” email.
- Email support for simple clarifying queries (please note that this does not include full advice).
- Trustee onboarding guidance.
- Legal deadlines and compliance reminders.
This tier keeps cost low while still providing quality legal value.
Tier 2: Trustee Legal Support & Governance
£450 per month
Includes:
- Two short, solicitor-led governance check-ins per year.
- Review of key Trustee resolutions.
- Annual legal review of bonus scheme compliance.
- Annual EOT Legal Risk Summary (a lighter version of full report).
- Monthly “EOT Legal Update” email.
- Priority email support.
- One virtual legal Q&A session per year for Trustees on governance-related matters.
Tier 3: EOT Legal Partner
£950 per month
Includes:
- Reviewing and drafting key Trustee resolutions.
- Oversight of conflict-of-interest management.
- Annual comprehensive EOT Legal Risk Report.
- Priority same-day support for EOT matters.
- Legal oversight of bonus scheme implementation.
Similar to a legal retainer package that provides real solicitor involvement.
EOT Governance Compliance Package
In addition to the above tiered packages, we also offer a one-off product that includes:
£4,500 one-off payment
- Full legal review of EOT Trust Deed, Articles, and key documents.
- Post-completion compliance check, including qualifying conditions, governance structure, powers, etc.
