Patrick Wilkinson

As a Solicitor at Sumer Law, I help businesses navigate M&A transactions, restructures, and shareholder agreements, ensuring they have the right legal framework to grow and succeed.

I’ve worked on a variety of mid-market transactions, including cross-border deals, demergers, capital reductions, and share buybacks. My previous experience as a private client paralegal also gives me a unique perspective on the intersection of corporate law and personal wealth, allowing me to offer well-rounded, strategic advice.

Outside of work, I enjoy football, golf, and tennis, always up for a challenge, on the field and in the boardroom!
