Taibah Rehman

I’m an Associate Director with nearly 10 years’ PQE, specialising in SME transactional work. I have advised on numerous EOT transactions, acting for both selling shareholders and professional trustees.

My work includes supporting business owners transitioning to employee ownership and providing independent legal advice to trustees acquiring companies through EOT structures, including guidance on transaction terms, documentation, and governance arrangements.

Alongside EOT work, I regularly advise clients on disposals, acquisitions, share reorganisations, and corporate governance. I particularly enjoy the fast-paced nature of deal work and the challenge of navigating complex transactions. Recently, I’ve also been expanding into lending and charge documentation.

Outside of work, I enjoy planning family adventures. My husband and two young children keep life busy with plenty of travel plans and chaos along the way.
